Refund and Cancellation

This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions between you and V4Edu (“V4Edu,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or registering for V4Edu and using your V4Edu Subscription, you accept this Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any other rules and policies published on the V4Edu platform or mobile application. Please refer to the versions of these policies and terms available on the V4Edu website and/or mobile application for understanding how we handle your personal information.

Packages and Refund Policy

V4Edu will launch subscription plans (“Subscription Service”) designed to provide personalized counseling guidance and expertise (“Counseling Content”) specific to your qualifying examinations. By subscribing to a chosen category from the available subscription plans, you can access the Counseling Content through the V4Edu website or mobile application.

During the Subscription Period, the Subscription grants you access to all the Counseling Content related to your qualifying examination. If you are under 18 years of age or the age of majority in your location, you must involve a parent or guardian to use the Subscription. We personalize content and provide recommendations, including external content, based on your subscribed category and other relevant areas of interest. We continuously strive to enhance the Subscriptions and subscription plans to improve your overall experience.

The Subscription allows you to access the Counseling Content on the V4Edu Platform for a limited period, based on the subscribed category. The subscription may be limited to one or multiple devices, as defined in the Subscription plan. To subscribe, select your preferred category, choose the devices, and complete the required payment for the chosen subscription plan. Please ensure that your device is compatible with our system/software to avail the Subscription Service.

Upon payment of the Subscription fee and compliance with the terms of this Agreement, V4Edu grants you a limited license to access and view the Counseling Content for personal, non-commercial, private use only, during the applicable Subscription Period. After the Subscription Period ends or according to any specified restrictions in this Agreement, access to the Counseling Content on your Compatible Device may be automatically revoked.

You are prohibited from transferring, copying, or displaying the Counseling Content except as permitted in this Agreement. Selling, renting, leasing, distributing, or broadcasting any rights to the Counseling Content is strictly prohibited. Removing any proprietary notices or labels on the Counseling Content, attempting to bypass content protection systems, or using the Subscription or Counseling Content for commercial or illegal purposes is not allowed.

Additional Terms

Modification of Packages

Medica Wing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription Service or any part thereof, without notice, and shall not be liable for any resulting impact on your use of the Counseling Content.

Refund

Once the subscription plan is chosen and payment is made, there shall be no refunds. Users are advised to carefully validate the Subscription Plans, chosen exam category, selected devices, etc., before making payment.

Amendments

V4Edu reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement by posting revised terms in connection with the Subscription Service. Your continued use of the Subscription Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Reservation of Rights

The Subscription Service and Counseling Content are protected by intellectual property laws. Our failure to enforce strict compliance with this Agreement does not waive our rights.

Disputes / Conditions of Use

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Subscription Service is subject to the governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, binding arbitration, and other terms stated in the V4Edu Terms of Use.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Subscription Service shall not exceed INR 500 or 50% of the payment made for the Subscription Plan, whichever is lower. This limitation applies even if the remedies fail to achieve their essential purpose.

Severability

If any term or condition of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, it will be considered severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms or conditions.
